Stefan Koutzev
is a Bulgarian filmmaker working
and living in Cologne, Germany.
His short films have been shown on
international film festivals such as
DOK Leipzig, Kurzfilmtage Regensburg
or Reykjavik International Film Festival.
Presently, he's studying at the University
for Media Arts Cologne and is in
post production of his debut feature
